Hello, my name is Ice and I'm from Thailand. I'm considering getting a small procedure done in Korea, but the problem is when I read reviews on Korean websites, I honestly don't know if I can trust them. Are these reviews from real people, fake reviews, or just the clinic's marketing materials? 😅
I've tried using Google Translate, but it only gives me a rough idea. I'm wondering if anyone has a clever way to find reliable information. Also, what are the red flags I should watch out for? For example, if a review seems strange or how a clinic promotes itself, should I avoid it?
If anyone has experience, please tell me! 🙏 I'd love to get advice from experienced people because I want the procedure to be safe and trustworthy.

That's a great question! I also came from Mongolia and initially found it quite confusing. Basically, because it's hard to understand the truth behind many explanations, it's best to talk to friends who speak Mongolian or English well and learn from their experiences. Also, when you're considering getting something done, it's good to listen to many opinions and get advice before deciding on the exact procedure!
I was confused like you at first too! 😅 I find the safest way is to ask directly in Facebook groups or on Reddit for foreigners living in Korea, because they have real-life experience and pretty honest reviews. Avoid reviews that are too perfect or only show pretty pictures without clearly explaining the process; those are usually suspicious signs!
Take it easy, Ice. I have the same problem 😅 I'm also confused about which ones to trust, but what helped me was asking in Thai groups of people who have actually had procedures done and shared their direct experiences. Since they're Thai, they understand the language well. Just make sure they're not being sarcastic or anything!
Hi Ice! I'm also from Southeast Asia and am currently considering treatments, so I totally understand your dilemma 😅 My approach is to read reviews from multiple platforms, look for posts that don't seem overly exaggerated, and ask people in this community who have actually gone through it. You're not alone in figuring this out, keep going!
