Would it be good for my eyes if I took something like lutein supplements?

My eyes are also very dry; I have to use eye drops frequently.
I think it would be good to have, though.

Applying warm compresses at night and getting Lipozic injections helped a lot, too. Haha. I've been managing my skin that way, and it definitely feels less dry, which is great.
For dry eyes, wouldn't it be better to improve your lifestyle habits rather than relying on supplements?
In my case, it improved a lot after I changed my habits.
Blink frequently (properly, making sure your eyelids touch each other),
Adjust the humidity in your room,
Follow the 20-20-20 rule when looking at a monitor,
Apply warm compresses using a massager, etc.,
These days, I hardly ever use artificial tears.
I guess it's better than not eating anything.
Eye drops are essential for me too.
Please give it a try.
