Hey everyone! I'm Nga, and I just had a minor aesthetic procedure done at a clinic in Seoul. I'm currently in the recovery phase. My face is a bit swollen and I have some bruising, and I'm feeling a little anxious since this is my first time doing something like this. I'd love to hear tips from people with experience on how to care for it properly.

I've been given the basic aftercare instructions, but I'm wondering what I should do to reduce swelling and how long the typical recovery time is. Should I use cold water, massage, or should I avoid it completely? The pain isn't too bad, but I want to take care of it the right way to get the best results.
