Now that I've hit the 30s, I'm not losing weight at all, and it's the same even when I exercise.
What could be the problem? Is my basal metabolic rate low?
I have a family history of pancreatic issues, so I'm hesitant about Wigobi or Maunzaro because I heard they deal a direct hit to my health.
If there are any other methods, please share them.

It seems there's a reason they call it "age-related weight gain" ㅠ
Right? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I'm starting to feel it too...
Everyone's feeling it too ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I was in a similar situation, so I went to D-ate Korean Medicine Clinic, received a consultation, and was prescribed herbal medicine! I was able to diet while simultaneously treating the weaker parts of my body, so I had a healthy and successful weight loss journey!
It seems like they offer treatments at the Korean medicine clinic too?? I'd like to get a consultation sometime~
As I get older, exercising becomes more difficult lol
