Hi everyone! I just finished a minor procedure yesterday and am currently dealing with some significant swelling and bruising. This is my first time doing something like this, so I'm a bit confused about how to properly care for it.
Does anyone have any tips for reducing swelling? I've heard cold compresses are good, but how long should they be used? And regarding bruising, are there any things I should avoid during recovery? I still want to be able to travel around Seoul, but I also want it to heal quickly, hehe.
I'm also curious, how many days does it usually take for my skin to look normal? I've seen some people on the forums say it's okay by next week, but others still have visible swelling. Maybe it depends on each individual's condition?
If anyone would like to share their daily recovery routine or the products they use (safe ones, of course), I'd really appreciate it! Thank you in advance 🙏

Hi! I'm curious, for the procedure you had yesterday, did the doctor give you any specific instructions about your skincare routine during the recovery period? I'm also planning to try it, but I'm afraid using the wrong products could worsen the swelling.
I sympathize with you after reading your story. I've been through something similar; the swelling and soreness lasted a long time. But honestly, everyone's skin and tissues are different. Some people recover quickly, others more slowly. I've found that applying cold compresses frequently and avoiding triggers helps. I hope you recover quickly and can enjoy your trip to the fullest!
