Hi everyone, I'm Loan from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic procedures but I don't know how to find a reliable clinic. I'm worried about communication, because even though I've learned a little Korean, medicine is completely different.
Has anyone else been through this? What do you check when choosing a clinic? Should I look for one with interpretation services, or should I learn some medical vocabulary beforehand? I'm also not sure if I should ask beforehand via email or phone to see if they offer foreign language support.
I really want someone who can advise me well, someone who understands my needs, not just someone who's completely clueless. Any advice?

Ron, I'm also from Vietnam, so I completely understand your concerns! I think sending an email in English first to ask if they offer translation services is the safest way, and choosing places that are willing to help with communication is more reassuring. Good luck! 💕
