I found out my health metrics were borderline after seeing my checkup results. Actually, I work at a blood donation center. I work in an environment where I check donors' blood pressure and hemoglobin levels every day. However, seeing that my own cholesterol levels were borderline on my checkup left me feeling incredibly confused.
I had gotten into the habit of eating the juice and snacks provided as post-donation care, and I also consistently drank wine on weekends. I think the numbers reflect the fact that my constitution has deteriorated. Since I spend most of my time sitting and haven't been able to exercise at all for seven years, I was aware that my circulation had slowed down. I tend to be very meticulous about ingredients and nutritional composition, so I don't want to just follow trends on diet plans; I want to find a method that suits my situation. Aside from diet plans, if you could let me know of any good ways to improve my constitution while my blood sugar and cholesterol are borderline, it would be a huge help.
