Hello, my name is Ja. I'd like to ask about language. I'm thinking of going to Seoul for beauty treatments, but my English isn't very good, so I'm worried about communication problems when I consult with the clinic. Has anyone been there and had this experience?
I'd like to know if clinic representatives or nurses usually help translate into Thai. I don't know if many places have staff who can speak it. If not, do I need to hire an interpreter or prepare translations in advance?

I totally get the language anxiety—I'm actually thinking about going to Seoul soon and was worried about the same thing! From what I've read, a lot of places do have English-speaking staff, but it's hit or miss, so maybe having Google Translate ready on your phone or even writing down your main concerns beforehand could help bridge any gaps during the consultation.
