Has anyone had a small arm lift? Please tell me about your post-operative care.

Hello everyone, my name is Som. I just had a small arm wrap procedure yesterday, and there's been quite a bit of swelling and bleeding. My whole arm still feels swollen right now. 🙃 Has anyone been through this before? Please advise on how to take care of myself for a faster recovery and what I should do.

I'm wondering if I can use an armrest that's positioned above my heart, or if I should just keep using ice. I'm confused because different people have told me conflicting things about ice. One person said it's okay to use it in the first few days, while another said to wait until much later. I'm totally lost. 😅 I'd like to know what the essential basics are.

Please tell me approximately how many days the swelling lasts, and is it true that bleeding can occur? I'm worried about getting an infection or something going wrong. Can anyone share their real experiences? Thanks in advance! 💙
