I just had a minor procedure in Seoul and now I have some swelling and bruising. This is my first time doing anything like this, so I'm a little worried and don't know how to properly care for it to heal faster. Could anyone who's had a similar experience share their advice?
I'm currently washing my face gently with cold water, but I'm not sure what else I should do. Should I avoid the sun? Or are there any special things I should avoid for the next few days? The swelling is still quite noticeable, so I'm worried about how long it will take to go away.
Also, do you know of any ways to reduce bruising faster? I've heard that drinking water and getting enough sleep help, but I'd like to hear other tips. Thank you so much! 🙏

I hope you're doing well! I understand how you feel because I've had a similar experience. By the way, are you experiencing any pain right now? Or is swelling and bruising the main issues? In my case, the swelling was worst during the first few days, so it might subside in a few days.
