Hey everyone! So I'm seriously thinking about getting some work done while I'm in Korea next month, but I'm running into this problem — I can find clinics online, but a lot of the reviews are in Korean and I'm honestly not confident enough in my Korean reading skills to really understand what people are saying. Even with Google Translate, things get lost in translation, you know?
I guess my question is: how do you all navigate this? Do you rely on English reviews only, or have you found ways to interpret Korean reviews that actually work? And honestly, what are some red flags I should be watching for — like, what should make me immediately skip a clinic or be suspicious?
I'm also wondering if there's a difference between how people write reviews in Korea vs. back home. Like, are there cultural things I'm missing that would help me understand what's genuine feedback vs. just marketing?
Any advice would be super helpful! I want to feel confident about wherever I end up going. Thanks! 💕
