Hello, I'm Mei. I'm interested in cosmetic treatments in Korea, but honestly, my Korean isn't very good... 😅 Even when I find clinic reviews online, I can't really tell if they're trustworthy.
Are there any red flags that foreigners should be particularly aware of, or ways to distinguish reliable reviews? For example, are clinics with overwhelmingly positive reviews suspicious? Or are clinics with a few negative reviews mixed in more authentic...?
I'd love to hear from people who have actually received treatment in Korea about how they chose their clinic and which parts of the reviews they referred to. I'd be happy to know what I can check even with the language barrier, and any points I should be careful about. Has anyone here had this experience?

Mei, I totally get how you feel because I have similar concerns! 😅 Before I actually get a procedure, I make sure to look for clinics that offer services in Japanese and check if the same reviews appear on multiple sites, but the language barrier really is a big hurdle, isn't it? I'd be happy if we could exchange information together.
