Hello friends! It's Odval, and I recently had a minor procedure done. Since starting, my face has been quite swollen and small white spots have appeared. I was told this is normal, but I'd love to get some good advice from you all to improve my condition.
My question for you: how do you deal with swelling and redness in the first few days? Is it better to use cold or warm compresses? I'm curious about your personal experiences. I understand the fluctuations are normal and why swelling is actually a good sign, but I'm eager to see if my face's condition improves daily.
Also, friends, I'd like to ask if it's important to take good advantage of the sun as much as possible in the coming weeks for recovery. Would anyone like to share any good tips or care methods?

I've also experienced severe swelling after a procedure, and what helped me the most was cold compresses in the first few hours, but not for too long. Plus, you're absolutely right about avoiding direct sunlight because the skin is super sensitive during recovery! Hope you recover quickly, just be patient, the swelling will definitely go down in a few days 💕
I'm also planning to try this, so your post was very helpful! I've heard that the first week can be quite difficult with swelling, but it gradually gets better. As for sun avoidance, I'll definitely have to be extra careful to avoid further skin damage. I hope your swelling subsides quickly and you get the beautiful results you're hoping for! 💕
