I have a question about caring for swelling and bruising after a minor procedure.

Hi, this is Emi. Last week I had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I ended up with more swelling and bruising than expected...😅 I have some questions for those with experience regarding aftercare now that I'm back in Japan.

I've been applying cooling since immediately after the procedure, but I'd like to know how long I should continue and if there are any other things I can do in my daily life. When can I start wearing makeup again? Also, how long does it usually take for bruising to disappear naturally? I know it varies from person to person, but I'd like to know a general guideline.

If you have any tips for recovery care at home, such as diet and sleep, please share them! I would also be grateful for any advice from anyone who has had a similar experience. Thank you in advance! 🙏
