For those who get minor cosmetic procedures in Korea, what are your tips for aftercare?

Hi, I'm Mild. I just arrived from Seoul a few days ago and had a small cosmetic procedure done. The swelling and bruising were so bad, I almost lost hope 😅. I've been trying to follow the instructions since day one, but I'd love to hear from anyone who's been through this.

Does anyone have any success stories? Right now, I'm using cold compresses, applying balm for relief, and trying to keep my head elevated as the care team advised. But I'm still unsure about what else I should avoid. How many days until I can get back to my normal routine? And is there anything that truly helps reduce swelling faster?
