Tips for swelling care after minor procedures + good products for traveling?

Hi everyone! I'm Ayu from Indonesia. So, I'm planning to get a minor procedure in Korea next month, but I'll be traveling to another city immediately afterward for a week. I'm a bit worried about how to manage the swelling while traveling.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I'd love to know what products I should bring from here or buy in Korea to help reduce swelling. I've heard about sheet masks and cooling products, but I'm unsure which ones are worth packing in my suitcase, haha. Do I need to bring any supplements or special creams too?
