What do you all do about swelling and bruising after minor procedures?

Hello, it's Hina. I had a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul last week, but the swelling and bruising were more than I expected... 😭 I feel like my reaction is stronger than usual compared to procedures I've had in Japan.

I heard it would calm down in about a week after the procedure, but honestly, I'm worried. For those who have had procedures in Korea, what kind of care did you do until the swelling subsided? I've heard things like only cooling for the first few days, or that Vitamin C is effective for bruising, but what's the reality?

For now, I'm trying to move my face as little as possible and sleeping with my pillow elevated, but I'd love to hear if there's anything else everyone else did. Especially regarding when you returned to work, or when you could start wearing makeup... 😅 I'd be happy to hear any personal experiences!
