Hi everyone! It's Shuting. I just finished a minor treatment and my face is a little swollen and bruised right now. This is my first time getting this kind of procedure done in Korea, so I'm a bit overwhelmed, haha. I wanted to ask, how long does swelling and bruising usually take to go down? Are there any daily care tips you can share?
Right now, I'm just icing, drinking plenty of water, and trying to sleep with my head elevated, but I'm not sure if this is the best approach. I'm also curious if anyone has used any products or methods that really helped? Of course, I know everyone's recovery speed is different. If any of you have experience, I'd love to hear how you got through your recovery period! Thanks!

I read this and felt so understood! I'm an international patient like you. At first, I was also shocked by the swelling and bruising 😅 From my experience, icing and sleeping with your head elevated are good, but the most important things are patience and understanding that everyone truly heals at their own pace.
Hello! What do you think about ice packs? Did they really help you a lot, or did the swelling go down after two days anyway? This is also my first time doing something in Korea, and I'm a little scared 😅
Shooting-san, great work! I also recently had my first treatment in Korea, so I totally get that feeling of anxiety 😅 Cooling, staying hydrated, and sleeping with your head elevated are things I'm doing too, and everyone says them, so I think they're probably correct. It really must vary from person to person, but I guess all we can do is wait and see the progress slowly without rushing. I'm looking forward to advice from experienced seniors!
