Hi everyone, I'm Lan, and I'm currently planning a trip to Seoul to learn more about treatments. However, I'm worried my English isn't very good, and I definitely don't understand Korean 😅 I'd like to know if it's possible to communicate in Vietnamese or English during consultations at clinics/centers in Seoul, or if a translator is mandatory?
Also, have any of you who have had consultations there encountered any communication issues? I'm afraid I won't fully understand what the consultant says about my options. Has anyone been through this? Please share your experiences with me!
Thank you all so much 💕

Hi Lan! I'm thinking the same thing, so I totally get your concern 😅 From what I've heard, some places have English-speaking staff or translators, but it's probably best to contact them beforehand to clarify. I'm also worried about not fully understanding their options, so maybe you could record the conversation or ask a friend to help translate to put your mind at ease!
To Lan, I understand! I have the same concerns, and I'm actually planning to go to Seoul next month 😅 I'm worried about how far English and Japanese will get me. I'm thinking it might be best to inquire about language support via email beforehand. Good luck!
