Hey everyone, what should I prepare for swelling care after a minor procedure when traveling?

I was just about to book a small procedure in Seoul for next month, but I also plan to travel for a few extra days afterward. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to take care of myself while on the go.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I'd like to know how long swelling typically lasts and what I should pack. I'm thinking about bringing cold packs, some kind of cream, or if there's anything else I should prepare to reduce swelling when I'm out and about?

Also, I'm not too sure about which skincare products to bring for travel. Should I ask the clinic before I leave the country? I want to make sure I'm doing things correctly and not compromising the results. Any experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
