Hi girls! I'm Reem from the UAE and I just finished a very simple procedure here in Korea. Thank God, everything is perfect, but of course there's some swelling and bruising, which is normal and it's my first time experiencing this 😅

I wanted to ask the girls who have experience - how do you take care of yourselves after the procedure? Especially during the initial recovery period, because I'm not sure what the best way is. I've heard a lot of different things from different people and I'm confused about what's best.

Any practical tips from your experiences? Even simple things like a daily routine or basic precautions. And how many days does it usually take for the swelling to go down for you? Honestly, I don't expect quick results, but I'm afraid I might do something wrong and ruin the recovery 😭
