Hi everyone, this is Yuhan. I just had a minor facial treatment yesterday, and my face is a bit swollen and bruised. It was my first time having this done, so I'm a little lost and wanted to ask how everyone takes care of their skin.
Right now, I'm mainly using ice packs and drinking lots of water, but I'm not sure if that's the right approach. Could any of you ladies share your recovery experiences? For example, how to reduce swelling quickly, how long does it take for the bruising to fade, and what should I pay attention to in my daily life? I heard you shouldn't eat too much salt, is that true?
Also, I'd like to ask if anyone used any skincare products that helped a lot during the recovery period? I'm a little worried that using the wrong products might affect the results. Any advice or experiences you'd like to share would be greatly appreciated!

I'm about to do something similar, so this post was very helpful! What you're doing now (increasing the ice and water) seems to be correct, right?
Reading your story is so encouraging! I was thinking of doing something similar, but I'm still worried about swelling and scarring. I'm glad to see that you're already taking care of yourself. I hope you recover quickly!
Yuhan, great job! I'm also considering a similar procedure, so this post is very helpful. I've heard about ice and hydration, so it seems the basics are important after all. It would be great if someone could share their recovery progress. Good luck!
