Hi everyone! I recently had a small procedure in Seoul. It's been a few days now and the swelling and bruising are a bit more severe than usual. I'm wondering what kind of aftercare is good and what works best.
I'm on my way to Mal, and it seems to be decreasing a little bit every day. But are there any good things to help calm my nerves and control the swelling a little bit? I've heard some people use cold compresses, but I'm worried that they'll be too cold. Also, are there any things to keep in mind to avoid injury?
If anyone has had a small procedure, could you share what helped them in terms of recovery, care, and treatment? I'm looking for good things that aren't expensive and can usually be done at home :)

Thanks for sharing! I'm curious – how many days has it been since then, and have you noticed a significant difference in swelling and bruising? Because I've heard that timing is very important in post-procedure care.
Wow, how many days does it usually take for the swelling and bruising to completely disappear? I'd also like to know if you prefer cold compresses or if there's another method that feels more comfortable for you!
I understand! I've had a similar experience, and at first I was worried about the swelling 😅 If you're worried about it being too cold, you can put a thin towel between your hand and the cold. Also, it's really reassuring to see it go down a little each day. Take care!
Ah, we're in the same boat! I'm also considering trying this simple procedure in Seoul, so reading your story is quite helpful. I hope the swelling goes down quickly. From what you've said, it seems normal, but the process is still in its early stages. Feel free to share your recovery experience later! 😊
