Hi everyone! I'm Yunru, and I'm considering getting a minor treatment before my trip abroad, but I'm a little worried about how flying and jet lag might affect my recovery. I'd love to hear if anyone has any experience to share, especially regarding swelling. I've heard that longer trips abroad can be tough, so how can I take care of myself on the plane and in the hotel to minimize swelling?
Also, I'm wondering what post-treatment skincare products you usually pack for trips. I know I'll need gentle products, but I'm not sure what specific types to prepare. Has anyone shared what they've brought or what they found worked well locally? I'm a bit concerned about bringing too much, but also afraid of not having suitable products when I get there.
If anyone has made similar arrangements, I'd really love to hear about your experiences and tips! Thanks!

I totally get the travel anxiety! When I flew out after a treatment, I found that just staying super hydrated on the plane and keeping my head elevated with extra pillows made such a difference. Also, I packed a gentle cleanser and a simple moisturizer in my carry-on since I wasn't sure what I'd find at my destination — def saved me from stress!
I also flew out after getting some procedures done. Actually, the most important thing is to drink plenty of water and avoid coffee/alcohol on the plane because it makes swelling worse! I brought a cooling mask from home to use on the plane, it was very effective.
