This is my first time going to Korea for cosmetic procedures, but I'm a bit confused about finding a trustworthy clinic. I've seen a lot of reviews, but I'm not sure if some are genuine. 😅 I'd like to know where foreigners who have been there usually find information? For example, where do they look, what do they ask, and what makes them feel safe?
Also, during the consultation, will I need a translator? Is it possible to go alone and speak English? I'd like to know from those who have been there before: how much do clinics generally accommodate foreign languages? And do I need to book far in advance?
Thank you for your advice! 💕

I was wondering the same thing! So you're not alone, haha. From what I've read here, many people say consulting via email or chat first is helpful, and most places in Seoul support English, so we might be able to manage without an interpreter—but it's still nice if someone can help explain the details of the treatment.
Hey! Did you end up checking if any places had actual English-speaking staff, or did you go with a translator? I'm trying to figure out if I should book someone ahead of time or just see how it goes when I get there 😅
In my experience, most hospitals can understand if you speak good English, but it was safer to have an additional interpreter during the initial consultation. 😊 I think it's very smart to read magazines with friends and find real people's opinions on social media!
I'm interested in the same topic! May I ask if you can consult via video call beforehand, or do I have to go to the hospital to discuss it in person? I'd also like to know how quickly they respond to emails in English. 😅
