Hi everyone! I just finished a minor procedure here and I'm currently dealing with quite a bit of swelling and bruising. This is my first time trying something like this, so I'm a bit unsure about the best way to handle the recovery.
Has anyone gone through a similar procedure and can offer some tips? I'm curious—how long does the swelling usually take to go down, and are there any specific rituals or routines that help? I've heard people mention cold compresses, but I'm not sure about the specifics. Are there any restrictions or things I should avoid during recovery?
Honestly, I also want to know how to manage this while still sightseeing and enjoying the trip, haha. Maybe someone has had a good experience and can share what was genuinely useful for them. Thanks in advance! 🙏

I truly empathize with your story! Traveling these days is so difficult 😅 May I ask, is the reason for the swelling and redness being more than usual due to a specific sleeping position or posture you're using? Or is it just the normal level of swelling?
I've also had similar procedures done abroad, and cold compresses were really helpful. Back then, I used an ice pack wrapped in a towel, applying it for about 15 minutes each time, several times a day. I felt the swelling subsided faster. However, everyone's recovery is different, so it's best to follow your doctor's advice!
