Honestly, the swelling is a little more than I expected 😅 and I have some bruising, but that's perfectly normal, as they told me. The problem is, I don't know how long it will take until I feel completely comfortable and can go out without worry.

Has anyone else had a similar procedure and could you share your recovery routine with me? I'm currently trying to rest and use cold compresses, but I'm sure there are other tips that might help. How did you manage the swelling in the first few days? Are there any things you avoided?
