Has anyone tried the Gimpo Maunjaro method?
I'm really embarrassed to admit this, but I binged again today... I know in my head that I shouldn't eat, but whenever I stand in front of the refrigerator, my hands just reach for it first. Actually, it’s been over 10 years since I started dieting. I’ve tried everything imaginable during that time, but the results always end up being similar. I lose weight for a while, then the yo-yo effect kicks in, and I start over again... This cycle is so tiresome, but I just can't bring myself to give up. I know what my problem is. I try to exercise consistently, but I just can't seem to control my eating habits. I can't stop even when I'm full, and it’s become a pattern that I keep snacking, especially when I’m alone. On stressful days, it’s truly hopeless. Then, I saw a post about Gimpo Maunja on a community forum. There were quite a few reviews saying that their appetite itself decreased, so I became curious about how it would work for someone like me whose gluttony is the problem. I read through the reviews for Gimpo Maunja for a while, but honestly, the reactions were very mixed. Some people said their food intake naturally decreased and their weight dropped gradually while using it, while others said they used it for over two months and didn't feel much of a difference. There were also stories about their appetite returning even stronger after stopping. Since the reaction seems to vary so much depending on one's body type, I couldn't bring myself to make a decision right away. It actually worked...
However, I feel very strongly that I need to change something in my current state. I'm curious about how to manage my diet in my daily life while using Gimpo Maunzaro, and I'm really curious how those who actually saw results combined it. If anyone has similar concerns or experiences, please feel free to leave a comment. I would be so grateful.

I also used Gimpo Maunzaro for about three months, and honestly, while I was using it, the urge to eat more after meals definitely decreased. However, I had a habit of eating based on my emotions, and Gimpo Maunzaro didn't fix that at all. On days when I was in a bad mood, I would end up binge eating again, and after I stopped using it, I felt like my appetite returned even more strongly. In the end, I learned through experience that there is a limit if you cannot manage your lifestyle habits and mental health together.
Um... I have the exact same problem with eating out of emotion. On days when I'm in a bad mood, it really just spirals out of control. It makes me even more worried to hear that even Gimpo Maunjaro didn't help with that. How did you manage your health after quitting? Could you share any methods that might have been helpful?
There's something called Asatrogen, and it's my absolute favorite! I've tried everything—starving myself, going to Maunja-ro in Gimpo, and even visiting Wegobi—but I always failed because of my appetite... However, ever since I started taking Asatrogen, if anything, I've lost weight rather than gaining it!!
By any chance, how much weight did you lose...?
I lost about 4 kilos when I took it only before meals for about 2 months without doing anything else, and since then I've been exercising along with it, so I've lost 12 kilos so far!
Uh... I think I've heard of this... haha. The effects are so good that I shouldn't take Kippaemom 120, right?!?!
Lol, I've heard of it too...; At first I thought it was clickbait, but seeing the results, it's for real; so now I only take it on my cheat days to maintain my weight~
Wow... the results are seriously amazing... I'm so glad I asked about this ㅠㅠ I've bought a 6-month supply for now and I'm going to keep taking it consistently.
Having tried dieting multiple times, I’ve realized that managing your diet is everything in the end. However, if you have severe cravings, controlling your diet itself becomes impossible. I found that too difficult, so I started taking an appetite suppressant, and the urge to binge eat decreased much more than I expected. I definitely felt that my cravings were less intense compared to before. I know people around me who combine Gimpo Maunzaro with the appetite suppressant, so I recommend looking into both if you find controlling your appetite the hardest part!
I honestly hadn't even considered craving suppressants, but I'll have to look into those as well. Reducing the urge to binge eat is what I need most. I'll seriously consider combining this with Gimpo Maunzaro. Thank you so much for the information!!
But if controlling your diet is too difficult, I think Gimpo Maunjaro might be a good option....!
I guess that's the case? I'm really agonizing over whether to go to Maunzaro in Gimpo.
Oh no, there are only about two months left until summer, so I'm in big trouble.
Right... I'm in a really rush too.
