Hi everyone, I'm Dung from Vietnam. Yesterday I had a minor procedure here and now my face is a little swollen and bruised. I know this is normal, but I've never experienced anything like this before, so I'm a little worried.
I'd like to ask what everyone has done to reduce swelling and bruising after such procedures? Are there any effective home care methods? Currently, I'm just avoiding the temples, drinking plenty of water, and trying to keep my head elevated while sleeping. Is there anything else I should know?
Thanks for any shared experiences! I'm also curious about how long it takes to recover, but I understand that recovery time varies from person to person.

Hi Dung, I'm also considering doing something similar, so your post is very helpful! What you're doing (drinking water, elevating your head while sleeping) sounds very reasonable, I'll keep that in mind. Wishing you a speedy recovery, I'm sure everything will be alright 😊
Heyy Dung, I totally understand your worry! It was my first time too and I was shocked by the swelling and bruising that appeared 😅 But what you're doing is good—avoiding touching the area, drinking lots of water, and sleeping with a high pillow really helps, according to my friends' experiences. I hope you get better soon, stay strong! How many days until your next checkup at the place?
