Hi everyone! My name is Cantika. I just had a minor procedure yesterday, and now my face is a bit swollen and bruised here and there. This is my first time trying something like this, so I'm still a bit unsure how to properly care for it.
Can anyone share their tips for dealing with swelling and bruising? For example, how long does it usually take to heal, and are there any dos or don'ts? I've heard some say cold compresses help, but I'm also worried that using them incorrectly could make things worse.
