Wow, thanks for the tips! I'm curious, how long does it usually take to sleep normally again after the procedure? Is it really necessary to use a special pillow, or can a regular adjustable pillow work just as well?
Oh my god, this is so useful! I didn't pay any attention to my sleeping position during the first week after surgery, and the swelling took forever to go down. I regret it so much now 😅 I guess I'll definitely need to prepare a good pillow next time. I never even thought about sleeping on my side. Thanks for sharing!
Wow, thanks for sharing! I actually tried raising my pillow higher like this after hearing about it from others, and it made me sleep much better. At first, I didn't think it would make a big difference, but it really works! 😊
This kind of information is really helpful! I was thinking the same thing, and I recently learned how important pillow height and sleeping direction are. I've also never heard that you should avoid sleeping on your side, so I'd like to try that.

Great review! Have you tried these tips yourself? I'm curious why people sleep better with a high adjustable pillow.
