Hi everyone, I'm planning to go to Seoul for a consultation about cosmetic treatment in a few months, but I'm really worried about communication. I only speak English, not Korean. I've asked a few places via email and they said they have English-speaking staff, but I'm not sure if they can explain things in detail, especially important details.
Has anyone here had a consultation in Seoul using only English? Was the communication smooth, or were there misunderstandings? I've read some people say that you should find an interpreter, but I don't know if that's necessary. Or should I learn some Korean before I go?
Does anyone have any experience they can share with me? I want to prepare thoroughly for the consultation to be as effective as possible.

I consulted with them solely in English, and they didn't fully understand everything. However, if you email them asking which jobs have English-speaking staff available, and they reply positively, I used Google Translate on my phone and it went smoothly. It might be a good idea to ask the staff beforehand what aspects are important.
