Tips for care after the minor procedure - do you have any experience?

Hi girls! I'm Rana from the UAE, and I just finished a minor procedure here in Korea. Honestly, I didn't expect this much swelling and bruising! 😅 It's my second day now, and my face is still a bit swollen. I'd love to hear from those with experience: how do you take care of yourselves afterward?

The clinic gave me some basic instructions, but I'd love to hear from people who've had the same experience. Do cold compresses really help reduce swelling? How many days will it take before I can go back to my normal routine? And what's the best way to deal with bruising so you don't worry about it?
