Hi everyone! I'm Xia. I had a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul a couple of days ago, and my face is still a bit swollen and bruised. This is my first time doing something like this in Korea, and I'm a little unsure about how to take care of myself during the recovery period.
Right now, I'm mainly focusing on cold compresses, moisturizing, and trying my best to avoid touching my face, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I need to be mindful of. For example, are there any dietary restrictions? How long until I can wear makeup? Have any of you sisters gone through a similar situation and can share your recovery process and tips?
Also, I wanted to ask how long it usually takes for swelling and bruising to subside. I'm a little worried I'll still look puffy before I fly back home, haha. If anyone has used any skincare products or methods that they found helpful for recovery, I'd love to hear your suggestions too! Thanks, everyone!
