Hi everyone! I'm Hsinyi. I had a short procedure in Seoul a few days ago and am currently in the recovery period. To be honest, I'm a little worried about swelling and bruising because I need to go back to work in Taiwan and don't want it to be too noticeable. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? How did you all take care of yourselves?
Right now, I'm just diligently applying ice packs, drinking plenty of water, and trying to elevate my face. But I'm really unsure if there are any other things I should pay attention to—like diet, exercise, or when I can wear makeup normally. Can anyone share their recovery experiences? Especially those of you who need to go out and meet people soon after the procedure!
I'd also like to know how long it usually takes for the swelling to go down? I've seen conflicting information online, which is a bit confusing. If you've tried any methods that were particularly helpful (or not helpful), please feel free to share. Thank you!

Hello! I'm also from Taiwan, and I really sympathize with your situation! I'd like to ask where the swelling is most noticeable right now? I've heard that some people's facial swelling goes down faster, but the area around their eyes takes longer. I'd like to know if this is the case for you too?
Wow, I was thinking of trying something like that too! Hoping the ice and lying on my back really help, because I have to go back to work soon like you 😅
Reading your story, I feel the same way! I just got back from Seoul and had to go straight back to work. It's really hard not to worry about the swelling and bruising. 😅 How are you doing now? Has the swelling gone down? I'd also like some advice from others.
I totally get the stress of heading back right after! Honestly, sunglasses and a good scarf were my best friends for the first week—sounds simple but they really helped me feel less self-conscious when I had to be around people. Everyone's timeline is different though, so I'd definitely ask your provider what they recommend for your specific situation!
