Haha, I've been in that situation too. Lying around all day actually made me more tired. Is your sleep quality not great either, or have you just not found a way to truly relax?
I feel the same way after coming back from a trip! Try taking a short walk outside or drinking more warm water; I find my energy returns faster that way.
I totally get it. I feel like this often too, so I'm thinking about trying something to make myself feel a bit better. I hope you find a way to feel refreshed again!
