Hi, my name is Tum. I just had a minor procedure at a clinic here yesterday, and now I have quite a lot of swelling and bruising. I'm a little worried about how to best take care of myself and how to make it go away quickly because I have to go back to work next week 😅
Has anyone had this done before? Do you have any tips for reducing swelling and bruising? What should I do on the first day? Should I use cold compresses? Right now I'm just sitting with my head elevated. I'm thinking of buying ice packs, but I'm not sure how long or how often to use them.
Also, regarding face washing, diet, and makeup styles to avoid, does anyone have any advice? Thank you so much for your help 💕

I've been through this before and I understand your anxiety! I think elevating your head and applying a cold compress is the best approach in the first few days, but for specific instructions, it's best to ask your doctor directly because each procedure requires different aftercare. I hope the swelling goes away quickly! 💕
Sister Tum, I completely understand your worries! Last time I also had a lot of swelling and bruising, but I found that keeping my head elevated and avoiding salty foods and alcohol for the first few days helped a lot. Wishing you a speedy recovery, I'm sure it will be much better next week 💕
Tum, thank you for your hard work! I'm also considering a similar procedure, so this post is very helpful 😊 Swelling and bruising are really worrying, aren't they? I'm also concerned about work schedules, so I'd love to hear everyone's advice on how long it actually takes to subside!
