Tips for reducing swelling after minor procedures + what travel products to bring?

Hi everyone! I'm Putri from Jakarta. So I'm planning to have a minor procedure done in Korea next month, but I have to return to Indonesia in 3-4 days. I'm a bit worried about the swelling, especially if I fly.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What are the usual things to do to minimize swelling, besides rest and cold compresses? And what products should I bring from here or buy in Korea for aftercare during the trip? I'm not sure if gels, creams, or specific supplements are suitable.
