The procedure itself was very simple, and the doctor explained everything thoroughly, but it really makes me realize that everyone's body reacts differently. Right now, I'm trying to keep it cool and avoid moving my face, but what kind of post-procedure care do you all do? I'd especially appreciate any advice on how to manage the swelling until it subsides, and any precautions you take in daily life.

I still have a few days before I return home, so I'd like to speed up my recovery as much as possible. Any advice from those who have had similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
