Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a small procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back to the US a few days after. I'm already a bit nervous about swelling on the plane, so I'm trying to figure out what to bring in my luggage for aftercare.
I know ice packs and elevation are supposed to help, but I'm not sure what products actually work best or what I can realistically carry on a flight. Has anyone traveled shortly after getting something done? What did you pack that actually made a difference? I'm thinking maybe some cooling sheet masks or hydrating products, but I don't want to overspend on stuff I might not even use.
Also, any tips on what to avoid during the flight itself? I've heard conflicting things about compression, heat, and even certain foods. Would love to hear what's actually helped people! Thanks in advance 💙
