Hello, it's Sakura. I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I experienced more swelling and bruising than I expected... 😭 This is my first time, so I'm not really sure how to care for it properly.

I heard that it's important to ice the area right after the procedure, but I'd like to know more about how long and in what way I should continue icing it for it to be effective. Also, are there any daily habits I should be mindful of to help the bruising subside faster? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

So far, I've been trying not to touch the treated area as much as possible and keeping my head elevated, but I'd be grateful if you could let me know if there's anything else I should be doing. I know it probably varies from person to person, but I'd like to get a general idea of when the swelling starts to calm down. Thank you in advance! 💜
