Hi everyone, I'm Rui. I'm thinking of getting some skin treatments in Korea, but I'm having trouble understanding Korean. My Korean isn't very good, and I rely heavily on translation apps when reading reviews and articles, which makes me worry about misunderstanding things. Could any of you ladies share how you determine if a clinic is reliable?
Besides looking at the number of reviews, what other warning signs should I be aware of? For example, what descriptions sound suspicious, or what promises should I immediately dismiss? I'm especially afraid of falling into the trap of exaggerating results to attract customers.
Also, do you trust photo reviews or written reviews more? I'm feeling a bit lost right now and would love to hear your experiences. I'd be so grateful if anyone could share their clinic selection experience! 🙏

Hi Louis! I'm also thinking the same thing, so I totally understand your concerns 😅 I've noticed that reviews with detailed before-after photos and honest descriptions (including those that mention the downsides) seem to be more trustworthy than those that make too many promises, and if possible, look for reviews from various countries as well so you can get a broader perspective.
