Hello ladies! 👋 I'm Noor from the UAE, and I just finished a minor procedure here in Korea. I'm currently dealing with the usual swelling and bruising. This is my first time doing something like this, and honestly, I'm not sure how to properly care for it in the coming days.

The clinic gave me some basic instructions, but I need advice from ladies with more experience. Are there specific things that help with swelling? Approximately how many days should I expect the swelling and bruising to last? And are there things I should avoid during the first week? I don't want to do anything wrong and ruin the results.
