Hi, it's Wakana. I recently had a minor procedure done in Seoul, but I experienced more swelling than I expected... 😅 My return to work is approaching, so I'm really hoping to calm things down quickly.
What do you all do to take care of yourselves right after a procedure? Things like how to apply cold compresses, what to eat, and what to be mindful of in daily life. I've found a lot of information online, but I'm curious about what actually works...
This was my first time getting a procedure done abroad, so I was quite anxious. If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I'd be so grateful if you could share how you managed. I'm especially wondering how those who have work commitments get through it?
Thanks in advance! 🙏

I'm also considering doing a similar small project, and seeing your experience makes me a little worried 😅 Hearing you say that makes me even more eager to hear everyone's real experiences. I hope your swelling goes down soon, keep it up!
Hi Wakana sister! This is also my first time getting a small procedure done in Seoul, so I totally understand your concerns 😅 May I ask how many days the swelling has lasted for you so far? Did the doctor or staff give you any specific aftercare schedule? I'd also like to know how long swelling typically lasts before it subsides significantly...
