Hi everyone, I'm Mae. I've been thinking about coming to Korea for a cosmetic procedure lately, but honestly, I'm not sure where to start. I've read tons of information online, and it's hard to tell what's real and what's not. I'm particularly worried about making a mistake.
I'd like to ask you experienced ladies how you found trustworthy clinics. What channels did you use? What I'm most concerned about is the language barrier—do they provide professional translators for consultations? Or do the doctors themselves speak English or Chinese? My English is okay, but when it comes to medical terminology, I'm not entirely confident.
Also, I'd like to know what I should focus on during an initial consultation. For example, the doctor's credentials, the clinic's environment, the consultation process—is there anything I absolutely need to watch out for? I've heard that some clinics guarantee results. Is that normal?
It would be great if someone could share their experience or advice. Thank you all!

I'm also thinking about getting some minor procedures done here, so I totally understand your concerns! I think the most important thing is finding places with English-speaking staff or a translator, because like you said, medical terminology is really hard to understand. You could call directly to ask and confirm what languages they support 😊
