Could you please give me some advice on self-care after the procedure?

Hi everyone! Could anyone who's had minor procedures done in Korea share their experience and offer some advice? 😅 I just had mine done today, and now it's a little swollen and red. I'm not sure how normal that is, but I'm a little worried.

I'd like to know how you usually take care of yourselves during recovery. For example, using cold or warm temperatures, applying a mask, using an air freshener, or taking paracetamol (if recommended)? Because I'll be in Korea for another 3-4 days and I'll be sightseeing. 😭 Has anyone ever traveled while recovering?

I'm a little embarrassed, but I think others might be in a similar situation, so I'd love to hear real-life experiences. Thank you in advance!
