I've always wanted to get my eyelids done, and honestly, I keep seeing all these posts about people traveling to Seoul for procedures and I'm wondering if I should just bite the bullet and do it. But I'm also kind of nervous about the logistics — flying internationally, recovery time away from home, the language barrier, all of that.

I guess my main question is: for those of you who've done this, did traveling abroad actually make sense for you? Like, was the cost difference worth dealing with flights and being in a different country? I'm trying to figure out if I should just find someone local or if Seoul really is the move. I know the aesthetic standards are different there and that appeals to me, but I'm also realistic about needing a good recovery period and follow-up care.

Also, how did you guys navigate the whole communication thing with clinics that might not speak perfect English? And how long did you end up staying in Seoul? Any advice on what to think about before committing to this would be really helpful. I'm not in a rush but I'm definitely curious to hear real experiences!
