I was wondering if anyone could share how, as a foreigner with limited language skills, I can judge whether a clinic's reviews are trustworthy?

I'm currently using translation software, but sometimes the translations sound strange, and I'm not sure if I've captured the key points. Has anyone encountered any reviews or warning signs that seem suspicious? For example, should I be wary of comments that sound like overly promotional posts? Or are there any comments that are generally considered problematic?
