Hey everyone! So I'm planning to get a little aesthetic procedure done while I'm in Korea next month, but here's the thing — I'm flying back home like 5 days after. I'm honestly a bit nervous about swelling on the plane and just managing everything during travel.
Has anyone done this before? What kind of aftercare products or tools do you guys recommend bringing? I'm thinking ice packs or cooling masks maybe? And are there any supplements or things that actually help with swelling, or is that just hype? I want to be realistic about what to expect too — like, how bad does swelling usually get in those first few days?
Also wondering if there are specific things I should avoid while traveling (like certain foods, activities, etc.) or if it's mostly just common sense? Any tips would be super appreciated since this is my first time doing something like this abroad. Thanks in advance! 💙
