Tips for swelling and bruising after minor procedures — anyone have experience?

Hi everyone! I just had a minor procedure done here and I'm currently dealing with some pretty significant swelling and bruising. This is my first time trying something like this, so honestly, I'm a bit lost on how to properly care for it.

Can anyone share their experiences? I'm curious about what you did in the first few days to reduce swelling. Does cold compression really help, or are there other tricks? And for bruising, how long does it usually take to disappear? I'd also like to know if there's anything I shouldn't do during recovery—like exercise, specific skincare, or anything else.
